Since we’re in a difficult situation with the outbreak of the coronavirus in our country and the order to stay at home, we still need to keep our health and body in a good shape. One of the ways is to have an exercise in your own home. . . This are some exercises that can u use at your own comfortable place at anywhere in your own space.
